Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving is the DSHS curriculum that meets the requirements for modified basic training. MFOC a self-study course designed for health care workers whose previous training gives them proficiency in some of the content and basic skills covered in the full 28-hour RFOC course. Intended for Professionals with a current WA state license (for example RN, OT, PT, ST, LPN, or CNA)
